Summary:
Derek Lee joined SVLS in 2000 and is primarily focused on Medical Device and Therapeutics Investments. He is actively involved as a board observer at Aderis Pharmaceuticals, Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Insulet, Micromed Technology, Quick Study Radiology and Sunrise “At Home” Assisted Living.

Prior Experience:
Before joining SVLS, Derek was an Associate with the Global Healthcare Group at UBS Warburg where he engaged in a variety of equity and M&A transactions in the life sciences sector. Prior to joining UBS Warburg, Derek was involved with Healthcare Investment Banking at Salomon Smith Barney.

Qualifications:
Derek has a BS in Finance from Bentley College.
