Prior Experience:
Paul brings over 18 years of experience in healthcare operations and private equity investing. Paul was most recently Senior Vice President at Healthways, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWAY) a Nashville-based provider of disease management, wellness and population health support solutions. His roles at HWAY included oversight of Strategic Planning, Corporate Development and Sales & Marketing as the company grew revenues from $120 million to more than $700 million. He led 7 acquisitions, 3 joint ventures, and several strategic sales initiatives which, in aggregate, contributed more than $400 million in incremental revenue. Prior to HWAY, Paul was a senior investment officer at Petra Capital in Nashville, Gilbert Global Equity Partners (fka Soros Capital) in New York, Lazard Asia Investment Management in Singapore, and GTCR in Chicago. His principal investment experience includes more than 50 completed transactions representing over $1.3 billion of equity capital.

Qualifications:
Paul earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics and American Studies at the University of Richmond in Virginia.
