First investment: 2010 - Start Up Celerion is the privately owned CRO formed through the acquisition of the development and regulatory services consultancy and early clinical development operations of MDS Pharma Services. 
CR: US
First Investment: 2008 - Buyout CR is a holding company whose management team intends to develop a global CRO providing outsourced clinical monitoring, data management and other related services for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies conducting Phase II-IV clinical trials. The first of CR’s transactions included Trio Clinical Research (www.trioclinicalresearch.com), an innovative clinical research services company. 
CRI Worldwide: US
First Investment: 2007 - Buyout CRI Worldwide, founded in 2000, is a CNS focused network of clinical research facilities conducting phase I-III trials (mostly inpatient studies). CRI operates research units in partnership with local area hospitals providing “flexible” bed arrangements and yet they are able to use a central IRB. ISG Holdings: US First investment: 2008 - Seed ISG Holdings is a business offering workers compensation scheme outsourcing by businesses with US operations. Spectrum Professional Services: US First investment: 2007 - Buyout Spectrum Professional Services is building a suite of services to provide to nursing homes and other long term care facilities on an outsourced basis. The initial platform acquisition is focused on the contract rehabilitation therapy area.
