First Investment: 2007 - Buyout Accelecare provides full service management, operation and medical team staffing of wound healing and hyperbaric medicine centers at hospitals throughout the South Central and Central portion of the US. 
Allegiance Hospice Group: US - Exited
First investment: 2005 - Start Up Allegiance Hospice is based in Lowell, MA, focused on providing hospice services to patients primarily in long- term care facilities within the New England market. 
AllianceCare: US
First investment: 2000 - Start Up AllianceCare is based in Boynton Beach, FL, a senior healthcare provider of nursing and physician housecall services, rehabilitation therapy and home health services through 20 branch offices and over 150 senior communities located in Florida, Texas and Ohio. The “At Home” merger also added private duty home care services in MA, IL, DC, MD, GA, and PA. 
Altura Medical: US
First investment: 2008 - Seed Altura is a seed stage company within Intersect Partners developing a low profile stent graft for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). Formerly known as Altura Interventional. 
Broadlane: US
First investment 2009 – Development Group Purchasing Organisation (’GPO’) focused on the acute health care sector. 
Cadent Technologies: US
First investment: 2000 - Early Stage Cadent is based in Carlstadt, NJ and has developed proprietary computer aided design (CAD/CAM) applications for the orthodontist and dental markets, which are deployed via a web-based service model on a pay per use basis. 
Celerion: US
First investment: 2010 - Start Up Celerion is the privately owned CRO formed through the acquisition of the development and regulatory services consultancy and early clinical development operations of MDS Pharma Services. Coral Therapeutics: US - Exited First investment: 1994 - Start Up Coral was a provision of blood handling services to hospitals. 
CoreLab Partners: US
First investment: 2004 - Expansion CoreLab Partners based in Rockville, MD, provides ECG core lab services related to cardiac safety testing for global clinical trials. Formerly known as Medifacts International. 
CR: US
First Investment: 2008 - Buyout CR is a holding company whose management team intends to develop a global CRO providing outsourced clinical monitoring, data management and other related services for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies conducting Phase II-IV clinical trials. The first of CR’s transactions included Trio Clinical Research (www.trioclinicalresearch.com), an innovative clinical research services company. 
CRI Worldwide: US
First Investment: 2007 - Buyout CRI Worldwide, founded in 2000, is a CNS focused network of clinical research facilities conducting phase I-III trials (mostly inpatient studies). CRI operates research units in partnership with local area hospitals providing “flexible” bed arrangements and yet they are able to use a central IRB. EasyChem: US - Exited First investment: 2000 - Seed EasyChem was a B2B chemical e-commerce electronic marketplace.

First investment: 2000 - Expansion eMed Delivered medical images over the internet. Euro Dentalversand: Germany - Exited First investment: 2000 - Buyout Euro was mail order dental consumables. Expand Sante: France - Exited First investment: 2000 - Seed Expand Sante was a French pharmaceutical contract sales organisation.

IHG Holdings: US - Exited
First investment: 2001 - Buyout IHG was a preferred provider organization. (Formerly known as Interplan). ISG Holdings: US First investment: 2008 - Seed ISG Holdings is a business offering workers compensation scheme outsourcing by businesses with US operations. 
JC Nationwide: US - Exited
First investment: 1995 - Buyout JC Nationwide was a physician recruitment agency. 
Mdeverywhere: US - Exited
First investment: 2001 - Early Stage Mdeverywhere based in Hauppauge, NY with operations in New Dehli, India, is an outsourced physician billing company.

First investment: 1998 - Early Stage OMS Foundations was an oral maxillofacial physician practice management.

First investment: 2002 - Buyout Patient Care based in Orange, NJ, is one of the largest independent home health agencies. Pelton & Crane: US - Exited First investment: 1997 - Buyout Pelton & Crane developed sterilization equipment. 
Phase Forward: US - Exited
First investment: 1999 - Expansion Phase Forward was a web-based information technology for clinical trials management. 
Physicians Dialysis: US - Exited
First investment: 2001 - Buyout Physicians Dialysis was a consolidator of renal dialysis centers (Purchased by DaVita). 
Quick Study Radiology: US
First investment: 2000 - Start Up QSR based in St. Louis, MO, sells comprehensive digital imaging services to community hospitals and imaging centers. The company integrates, manages and supports clinical and data systems for customers with a focus on underserved small and secondary city locations. 
Socios Mayores en Salud: US
First investment: 2006 - Expansion Socios based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is a Medicare HMO. Spectrum Professional Services: US First investment: 2007 - Buyout Spectrum Professional Services is building a suite of services to provide to nursing homes and other long term care facilities on an outsourced basis. The initial platform acquisition is focused on the contract rehabilitation therapy area. 
Synarc: US - Exited
First investment: 2004 - Late Stage Synarc provides centralized medical imaging services and international subject-recruitment facilities dedicated exclusively to global clinical trials. The Corner Pharmacy: US First investment 2010 - Development An owner and operator of hospital-based retail pharmacies through joint ventures with hospital systems. 
TLC Vision: US - Exited
First investment: 1995 - Expansion TLC Vision was a service provider for laser-based ophthalmic surgery. Formerly known as Laservision. 
US Renal Care: US
First investment: 2005 - Expansion US Renal Care(USRC) based in Dallas, TX, provides dialysis services to patients with end stage renal disease (ESRD) through the ownership and management of freestanding dialysis clinics. The company partners with local nephrologists in secondary markets underserved by dialysis consolidators. Vintage BioMed: US - Exited First investment: 1996 - Seed Vintage BioMed was a capital equipment leasing and maintenance company.

First Investment: 2007 - Buyout Vitalize Consulting Solutions, Inc. provides the highest quality clinical and business solutions to healthcare organizations across the United States and Canada. Their main focus is in the areas of application implementation and enhancement, process optimization, interfaces, project management, technology and integration, training and knowledge transfer.
